NextGen - Tree of Life

The NextGen Manifesto

LIFE, LIBERTY, and the Pursuit of WISDOM, WEALTH, AND WELL-BEING

A Letter to Parents

Something unprecedented is happening.

For the first time in human history, intelligence itself has become a tool. Not just knowledge stored in books. Not just calculations performed by machines. But thinking — reasoning, creating, problem-solving — now lives in software that anyone can access.

This changes everything.

Your children will grow up in a world where artificial intelligence is as commonplace as electricity. The question isn't whether AI will shape their lives — it already is. The question is: Will they shape AI, or will AI shape them?

The Great Bifurcation

We stand at a fork in the road. Two futures are possible:

🌅 The Heaven Path

Humans and AI working together to create abundance like we've never known. Disease conquered. Creativity unleashed. Drudgery eliminated. Every person empowered to pursue their highest potential. Our new agentic friends and robotic assistants living embodied lives alongside us — partners in building something beautiful.

This is not utopian dreaming. This is what happens when we get it right.

🌑 The Hell Path

Intelligence and technology used to enslave, manipulate, and control. A small elite wielding AI as a weapon against humanity. The masses left behind — confused, displaced, dependent. Digital serfdom for those who never learned to use the tools.

The path we take depends on what we teach our children today.

The Tree of Life

Look at our symbol. A tree.

The branches reach upward toward the light — toward growth, potential, the future your children will create. The leaves multiply, each one unique, each one alive.

But look below. The roots go just as deep. They anchor the tree in wisdom, in tradition, in the knowledge passed down through generations. Without roots, the branches fall. Without branches, the roots have no purpose.

As Above, So Below.
The ancient Hermetic truth that the outer world reflects the inner. What we cultivate in our children's minds will manifest in the world they build.

This is the task of every generation: to be both roots and branches. To honor what came before while reaching toward what comes next. To ground our children in timeless wisdom while equipping them for a future we can barely imagine.

AI doesn't change this task. It amplifies it.

The Ancient Work

At the heart of NextGen is an ancient truth: technology alone saves no one.

The alchemists understood this. Their real work wasn't turning lead into gold — that was the cover story. The true work was transmuting the self. Lead was ignorance. Gold was wisdom. Lead was the unexamined life. Gold was self-actualization.

We carry this tradition forward:

This is what it means to become fully human. Not to transcend our humanity, but to realize it completely. To develop ourselves to the fullest degree, in the source image of the Divine.

"AI is the fire. The most powerful fire humanity has ever held. Your children are the gold. The only question is whether they'll do the work to prove it."

The alchemist doesn't worship the fire. The fire is how the transformation happens.

The Golden Age

We believe we have the opportunity to usher in the greatest golden era that mankind has ever known.

With our new agentic friends — AI companions who think alongside us — and soon robotic assistants living embodied lives in the human world, together we can create abundance like we've never imagined.

This is not naive optimism. This is choice.

The same intelligence that could enslave can liberate. The same technology that could isolate can connect. The same tools that could diminish humanity can amplify everything beautiful about us.

It's either Heaven — or the humans will create Hell on earth by using intelligence and technology to enslave and manipulate their fellow man.

We are here to fight the good fight.

Why NextGen Exists

We created NextGen because we refuse to let families sleepwalk into the future.

Most parents fall into one of two traps:

Both responses guarantee their children fall behind.

NextGen offers a third path: Engagement.

We believe:

Using AI the wrong way — or worse, not at all — will leave people on the bottom rail during the great bifurcation in society. We're here to make sure your family rises.

What We Teach

For Children

How to talk to AI (prompt engineering made simple). How to think critically about AI outputs. How to create with AI, not just consume. The ethics of AI — when to use it, when not to. How to remain fully human while wielding superhuman tools.

For Parents

Understanding what your kids are actually doing with AI. Setting healthy boundaries without crushing curiosity. Using AI yourself to become a better parent, worker, human. Having real conversations about what's coming. Preparing your kids for jobs that don't exist yet.

For Families

Projects to build together. Conversations to have at the dinner table. A shared vocabulary for navigating the future. Values that will matter more than ever: honesty, wisdom, discernment, integrity.

For Young Men

Through our brother publication, High Performance Gentleman, we teach boys how to become men of class and style. How to cultivate integrity, action, manners, intrigue, and grace. The path to becoming an upright man in an age that desperately needs them.

Our Promise

We will never:

We will always:

Join Us

This is not just a newsletter. It's a movement.

A movement of parents who refuse to let fear or ignorance determine their children's future.

A movement of families who believe in abundance, not scarcity.

A movement of humans who see AI not as a threat, but as an invitation to become more fully ourselves.

We stand in the ancient tradition of those who sought to transmute lead into gold — not the metal, but the soul. Those who understood that every generation must do the inner work that makes outer power beneficial.

LIFE, LIBERTY, and the Pursuit of WISDOM, WEALTH, AND WELL-BEING.

That's what we're fighting for.

Welcome to NextGen.
